Answers:
first of all you're going to want to brush your teeth!. this helps with not only cleaning your teeth but also dislodges food and dead skin particles!. Next you'll want to floss!. that makes sure that there is nothing stuck in between your teeth!. then you can rinse with listerine to help with plaque and gingivitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wet my toothbrush, put the paste on it, wet it again, brush my teeth!. Then rinse with water, then rinse with listerine, rinse with hydrogen peroxide once a month, and soon I can floss, but as of now, I have to use a water pick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
