Next you'll want to floss!. that makes sure that there is nothing stuck in between your teeth!. then you can rinse with listerine to help with plaque and gingivitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wet my toothbrush, put the paste on it, wet it again, brush my teeth!. Then rinse with water, then rinse with listerine, rinse with hydrogen peroxide once a month, and soon I can floss, but as of now, I have to use a water pick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
