so like i woke up and my teeth on the bottem are realllyyy sensitive!.!. like ive got this permenant retainer on the bottem, and everytime my tongue touches the bar!.!. its really uncomfortable!.!. what should i do!. and dont tell me to goto a dentist!. hell no!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
