if i use arm and hammer toothpaste will it damage my permanent retainer because it has baking soda if so what other remedies should i try to whiten my teeth withouth making my teeth sensative and remove the enamal offf my teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would depend on the type of retainer you have, a lingual fixed shouldn't be a problem for white strips!. You can also have bleaching trays made, the solution on goes on the anterior of the teeth!. Discuss your options with your dental office, they will be more than happy to help you!.
