Question: How do i make my teeth loose!?
My teeth are hard as a rock and i have like 13 teeth left to loose!. and im 13!. and i really want braces and my dentist & ortho!. wont pull any teeth!. and they are mostly my back teeth!. idk what to do!. please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my ortho said push them in one way for ten seconds and ten seconds the other!.!.!. try to do this for each tooth at least once a day!.!.!. i keep forgetting but hopefully this will work for you :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Let your teeth take their own time, the dentist won't pull them out at the root because it could cause damage later on, it won't be long after you've got your braces that you will be wishing the time for them to be removed would come quicker, the dentist knows what he is doing, and so does nature, just try to be patient, everything will work out in the end:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously, trust me, you do NOT want braces! especially not when you're eating!. but if you're set on getting them, at least let your teeth fall out when they're ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
