What to do? [teeth pain... probably cavity] {MORE INFO INSIDE}?!

Question: What to do!? [teeth pain!.!.!. probably cavity] {MORE INFO INSIDE}!?
Well yesterday I went to the movies and during 2 hours I ate some junk food such as sweet ricey things, sugary things and sugarfree gum!. [although it should be noted that sugarfree gum can rip out, although slowly, fillings]
There was no pain when I got home and went to sleep 3 hours later!. I also ate some cold yogurt, probably with sugar in it!. Then I went to sleep, slept for about 3 hours or so but like, it was uncomfortable!.
I woke up and I had a bad pain around my left side of mouth and my cheek was mediumly swollen and it was hot!.
I had trouble sleeping so I just tumbled and fell asleep 2 or so hours later!.
When I woke up it still hurt but not as much, so I mouthwashed that side with baking soda and salt and water, but it didn't really help, well maybe it did!.
Then I drank some milk and am trying to avoid crunchy chocolatey and sugary things!.
Then I grated some Advil [pill] and put it around the tooth area and then after 45 minutes I ate pizza!. When I bit down or chewed on that side it hurt and had a numb raw pain!. I swallowed 1/3 of a pill and put some around the tooth area!.
It's better but not good!.

[ THE TOOTH ]
I knew it was that tooth even though the pain like radiated around that part by touching and feeling were it was hurt!.
I had a filling there before and 2 months ago the tooth filling sort of began to like well one side of it a little crack was there and now it fell off, it is black in some little places!.

I am in grade 7 and have an appointment with dentist at friday at noon, and I can't get a earlier appointment [I don't trust other dentists, and this dude knows me] and I can't put like herbs on it or asprin, just advil since tylenol makes my temp creazy!.

is it a cavity [probably, like 95% yes] and what to do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
well!. if you had a filling in that tooth before and its black spotting then you will either a!. need a root canal or b!. have the tooth pulled!.

most likely if the tooth can be saved they will do a root canal (endodontic treatmen i think) where they go in and preserve the tooth basically!.

and i know what u mean about not trusting doctores but make sure ya find someone u do trust i went 6 yrs without the dentist ad i needed a tooth pulled and 6 cavities and a root canal!.!.!.
