you usually get them fron biting your lip, braces, or just some sort if irritation in the mouth!. its not like an std or anything like that!. the basic way to heal them is rinse your mouth with salt and water a few times a day!. if you dont want to do that just let them heal on there own!. your mouth is the fastest healing part of your body and they should be gone in a week or less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
