It doesn't do any damage to the braces!.
And I know you probably don't want to right now, since you just got them on, but don't ever bite the ice, because that can cause damage to them!.!.!.

lol thats wat i did exept i kept eating popsickles take advil or tylanole it works a lot better and trust me do not chew hard things yet later it's gonna hurt like hell! so yea wait a month or around 2 weeks until u start munching on hard stuff it even hurts to eat a frie lol at first it doesnt but then later it doesWww@Answer-Health@Com
