hmm it sounds like it maybe parotitis, parotitis is an inflammation of the parotid glands, the major salivary glands!. it usually happens on kids, if thats what it is they go away within a couple of weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com
It can also be something called an oral mucocele & it does go away eventually!. Sometimes it goes away fast and sometimes it doesn't!. You should look it up!. Just in case have it looked at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
