likely its the same reason that if you walk into Walmart the same CD is slightly cheaper than it would be at a CD shop!. Its a free market and people can charge what they want and what they think a service is worth!. This is especially true in the case of cosmetics!. Not all plastic surgeons charge the same amount for a face lift and its all the same procedureWww@Answer-Health@Com
