Hello, if the pain is all your teeth you may simply be holding the cold product in your mouth to long before you swallow it!.!.!.Or,if the pain is more around one or two teeth, you may have a cavity that you don't see even if you attempt to look!. Not all cavities are visable to the eye, especially if they are in between teeth or on the back side!.
