Question: Rubber bands inbetween my teeth as spacers!?
I went to the orthodontist today, and he said he was going to put something in my teeth to space them out, so he would be able to insert something next week when I get my braces on!. I thought they were going to be metal spacers or something, but they're just rubber bands in between my teeth!. Did anyone else have this done!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

very common!. the bands will open the gap by 1-2 mm, leaving space to slip a metal band the thickness of tinfoil around your tooth!.

what she said!. tip : take tylonel BEFORE you get anything done on your teeth!. that way it has already kicked in by the time they are working so it dosnt hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
