Question: Braces off tomorrow! Does the RETAINER HURT!?!?!?!!!!?
My friends (that got their braces off already) said that getting them off hurts a bit but then when they put on the clear overnight retainer, it hurts like hell! Is that true!?!?!? And how about the small metal one that goes on the bottom back of your front teeth! Cuz I'm going to get those two!

I got my braces off 2 months ago, i have 2 clear ones i wore during the day for a few months and i have a top and bottom night one, which i still wear every night!.
Be sure to never forget to wear it, teeth tend to move quickly right after you get your braces off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
