Retainers and cleaning?!

Question: Retainers and cleaning!?

How do you clean a retainer when you have no access to water or a restroom!?
What do I need to buy, so I can clean my retainers after I eat!? Or what can I use!? I have the removable visible kinds with a metal wire in front!.

make sure to only eat when you know you have a tooth brush!.!. or if you are out, take a bottle of water with you, then atleast you can swill most of the stuff out of your mouth!.
mouth wash can work aswel!. but apperntly retainers do not react well to toothpaste!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
