Answers:
They offer the wax and the wax does stick (and they should know that) and they should happily clean it off for you!. If they get any more snappy do what the first answerer said and get your parents to have a word with them!. You are the paying customer and they should do what it takes to please you!.

Take some Advil, Tylenol, or Ibuprofen to help with the pain!. It should stop here soon because your gums and the inside of your lips should toughen up and get used to the braces being on!. It'll get better and be so worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take over-the-counter pain medication like Tylenol or Motrin, first of all!.

Use the wax anyway!. If it won't come off clean and the staff isn't happy about it, tough for them!. You're paying plenty for their services, and their services include wax removal!.

If their attitude gets too snarky, ask your parents or aunt to talk to the orthodontist personally about it!. There's no reason to subject the patient to complaints about doing their damned jobs if the wax is the difference between relative comfort and bleeding, blistering, etc!.

Stand up for yourself, or ask that an adult do it for you!.

What sort of wax do you use!? The GUM wax comes off really easily, and you can get it really cheap at Shoppers Drug Mart or another drug store!.
Don't worry too much about the cuts!. They'll heal, and then they'll get tougher and won't bleed any more!. If you take some Tylenol/Advil, the pain shouldn't be too bad, and the pain only lasts 4/5 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
