Why does tightening you braces hurt?!

Question: Why does tightening you braces hurt!?
So i got my top and bottom front braces on monday!. Then out of nowhere because it was just a visit because i was in pain they put the rest of the braces on!. Why does it hurt when they put your choice of color bands on and then tighten them!. Is it because i am not used to braces!? Or will this happen at every visit!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Essentially they tighten them to make the teeth move!. Your teeth have now gotten used to their alignment and so that's why you have to go back and have them tightened so they will start to move again!. It will happen every visit because your teeth will not be used to their new positions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah sorry it will hurt every time you get your braces tightened!. but it is not the colored bands that make it hurt!. for most people it is the size of the wire that they change!. it all depends on the thickness of the wire, and if it is bent!. and then there is head gear, bite plates, springs, rubber coated springs, and rubber bands!. but most people don't have all of that stuff!.

the pain goes away within a week after your tightening, depending o how much they do to your mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is going to be uncomfortable for a while each time because when the bands are "tightened" it is to move those teeth ever so slightly!. They have to move to achieve your ultimate goal, and it will be well worth it!. It should ease up after a day or two, and maybe your dentist would say to use some advil or something after (or maybe take before ) that procedure for the first day or so!. Some people are more sensitive to it than others for some reason!. Remember, your teeth are in the, bone-so there is a lot is going on when they start repositioning your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, most the time your teeth are going to be sore after every appointment!. The bands are pulling your teeth together, with is causing them to push through your gum tissue, the is why your mouth becomes sore!!!.!.!.!.!.Take some Tylenol a little before you go next time, and remember to eat soft foods for a day or so!!!
Best of luck, it will be over soon hopefully!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the wires arestronger because they hook on to the brackets (connected to your teeth)!. since the brackets are stuck on so good, the wire is pretty much pulling your teeth together!. the rubber brands provide extraa pressure (since they are so hard to stretch around the brackets, they are also trying to tighten and pull your teeth together!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it only hurts for 2 weeks(a lot for me) and the next time its doesn't hurt unless they like do something with the wires then they hurt like that's what happened to me today they had to press a wire or something and it hurts and they tighten it so your teeth can get straightWww@Answer-Health@Com

When they tighten your braces, they are essentially pulling your teeth around in your gums!. Even poking your gums hurts, so you can imagine why it may hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's true!. when they tighten you braces together they are pretty much pulling your teeth together kind of away from your gums!. and for people who get them for the first time it is really going to hurt!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
