Question: Are these teeth that bad!?

I have to get a refund from an orthodontist, who did not go through with the braces phase of treatment; he really got me upset!. My parents and I have no time now because of college coming up; I am a 17 year old!. I am self conscious with these!. I still have my twin block!. This was before I gave myself a shape up so yeah :D
