Question: Twin block appliance and teeth!?

I noticed after wearing this, my overbite seems reduced; I can see my bottom teeth when taking it out!. How long should it stay without moving things back!? Also my gap looks a bit smaller with this appliance, does it close gaps when worn for a while thanks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
