The answer about mixing baking soda with peroxide!. My husband had tried this for years along with gargling with peroide and started having problems with his filings falling out , the dentist told him not to use peroxide that was the cause!. Always consult your dentist!. I believe that baking soda is fine i use it but it is the nastest thing you have tasted!. Its does take a little of the stain off but still should get teeth cleaning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Baking soda works best you can try Arm and Hammer toothpaste with baking soda what it really does it make your teeth more clean so it can whiten more!. I feels really good when you brush it because you can feel it cleaning like a fizzy feel and that's good for cleaning teeth!.

I believe it is baking soda!. If you want whiter teeth by using baking soda, you should just buy toothpaste that uses baking soda!. For example, Arm & Hammer Toothpaste has baking soda in it for whitening!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
