Question: How can i ease the pain for school!?
Okay so i return to school on Tuesday!. I have been out since August 21st because of pulling 8 teeth including wisdom teeth!. I got my upper and lower front braces on Monday!. I went in because i was in severe pain and they put the rest of the braces on!. I am still in pain!. Tylenol doesn't really seem to help!. We got Ambesol *sorry if it is not spelled right* But it doesn't seem to numb the area!. And the wax is not helping because it seems like it is dissolving and it will start to poke through the wax!. What can i do to get through the school week without being in to much pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Duuude! So sorry for your pain!. I wonder if you are getting aphthous ulcers!? Canker sores!? They are a wound with a white center and red edges!. That is a secondary inflammation to the bracket abrasion!.
Okay, so at home start rinsing with salt water (1/8 tsp to 1 cup of water)!. Rinse at least twice an hour for the first few hours!. This will cleanse the wound and increase circulation to the area!.
Your dentist can prescribe Kenalog in orabase!. This is a paste you put on the sores at night, by morning they will be much improved!.
Eat well!. Well, eat at well as you can!. Over time, your tissue will begin to thicken and the brackets won't be able to injure the tissue as readily!. This takes some time (two to three weeks), but you need to have your body in good shape to support this tissue change!.
Get enough rest so your body can repair itself!.
You may want to try aleve to see if that holds you better than tylenol!. Tylenol doesn't have an anti-inflammatory that aleve or advil contains!.

That sounds HORRIBLE! People complain when they just get their braces on alone or when they just get their wisdom teeth cut out!. I can't imagine 8 teeth and then braces!. Sadly, there is nothing to do but to continue what your doing!. I would call the person who removed your teeth and get you on some better medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The distraction of school will probably help and you get to see how much all those boys have grown too ;]] [my youngest gained about 6ins in the last few weeks]
Ask your Dentist or Doctor for a more effective painkiller or get your Aunt to buy one with Codeine in it!. But you need to keep drinking plenty the Codeine can give you stomach pains, and constipation!.

Ive been through this before and sadly the answer is nothing!. Since it seems your already on fifty eleven medications, just ask your mom if you can stay home for 2 or 3 days so your not that kid who always looks like their in pain or sad at schoolWww@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know what they call them in the US!. They are dyhidracodeine here!. might be Vicodin or similar!. Anything with codeine in is good for pain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
