Well what i did was i took 2 painkillers (but read the label first to see how many to take) and then when it was pain free i started wobbling it, and then my dad put string around it and tried it to a door and slammed the door and it was not at all painful!. good luck!. oh and if you dont wanna do it that way then DO NOT eat an apple cause you will swallow it!.
