Question: Braces are they worth it!?
In order 4 me to have braces i need to have 4 teeth taken out, 2 from the top and 2 from the bottom, is it worth it in the end, and does it hurt!. Should i have anastetic or is the numbing fine!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had braces when I was 12!. I had some teeth taken out!. Your teeth will be taken out to give room in your mouth to allow your teeth to move!. I'm guessing that they are taking out baby teeth and in time with be replaced with the adult ones!. You will be sore when they come out and you may even have facial swelling!. The dentist should give you pain pills for this and possibly antibiotics!. As far as numbing or anesthetic, this is up to you, your dentist, and your parent!. I was put under anesthetic!. Other people I know only had numbing!. All of this is worth it!. I would have had horrible looking teeth and now as an adult I am getting compliments on my smile!. Word of advice; Braces hurt at first and will hurt every time they are adjusted!. Hang in there, the pain goes away!. Eat mushy foods until you get used to it!. sooo worth it lol you cant have an anasthetic beacuse the dentist needs to no they fit you right!. dont worry about having teeth out it isnt as bad as people think and they will move your teeth around so there will be no gap!. i had them on for five years and my teeth are perfect now!. you should be ready for some pain tho mainly just toothache though when you first have them on at soft suff like mash potato and when you go to have them tightened eat mash for a couple of days after!. if your having train tracks then most things are edible but youl more than likely have a plate at some point and trust me do not eat chewing gum with a plate in its a diasaster :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes it's worth it - if you look after them you'll have your teeth your whole life and it's worth having them straight!. It does hurt but you'll get over it!. What do you think the numbing is if if isn't anesthetic!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

braces are always worth it!. the improve your appearance and over all bite!. sure they do hurt, and are annoying!. but they are so worth it!. and i would just get it numbed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd go with anastetic!. You'll wake up and never know anything happened!. When I had my wisdom teeth cut out I got anastetic and I don't regret it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
