Naseau after brushing teeth?!

Question: Naseau after brushing teeth!?
For the past few years I have gotten nauseous after brushing my teeth!. I thought maybe it was the minty toothpaste I was using as mint flavor makes me nauseous!. I bought Cinnamon and Vanilla flavors and that helped a bit!.
I don't swallow the toothpaste like a 3 year old or ram the brush far down my throat!.
I don't have any other health problems that would cause this and some days I actually don't want tp brush my teeth (I do anyway)!.
What could be causing this and does anyone have this problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I have had several patients allergic to certain flavorings, so try different flavors!. Next, I have had several patients allergic to certain ingredients in toothpaste, so try different kinds/brands (natural brands, etc)!. Rarely, I have met a couple of people who claimed they just can't handle any toothpaste with fluoride in it!. You can try a childrens training toothpaste which has no fluoride and see if it makes a difference!. Although, fluoride is good for your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not something abnormal!. This do happens with some people!. They have very high gagging reflex and can not tolerate anything!. You can try different flavours and try using a toothbrush with small head!. It helps sometimes!. If it continues, though you have to brush your teeth but if you think you are not brushing them properly then to substitute that use some mouthwash and do flossing regularly!. But you have to do brushing!. For better brushing techniques you can visit

The Answerers so far have very good ideas!. Besides trying different flavors, perhaps try different consistencies, like paste instead of gel!. All natural toothpastes would probably work best!. I know that some people use baking soda, but I don't know if that is good enough to do a thorough job!. Have you tried asking your dentist!?

Good luck, and I hope some of these answers help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
