im getting my braces off soon!.
first i have to get then off and the orthodontist will clean it up abit!.
then i have to go see my dentist to clean it fully or somethin!.
please guide me through this!.
i really dont want yellow and ugly looking teeth !.
help me please!.

When I took off my braces (After wearing them for SIX years) I used this m ixture!.!.!.baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and salt!. Mix it into a paste and rub around your teeth for a LOOONG time!. Do this every night!. At first it will sting, but in three or four days, you will not feel it!. Really works!Www@Answer-Health@Com
