Do they hurt!? Do your gums bleed when you floss or brush vigorously!? Do you use mouthwash daily that kills germs!? Do you get enough calcium in your diet!? There's a lot of nooks and crannies, especially in your molars and in between your teeth that you can't be sure about!. You won't be 100% sure about your teeth unless you go to the dentist and they give you a professional assessment!.
EDIT: Your gums aren't supposed to bleed when you brush them if you are taking good care of your teeth on a regular basis!. It's not all about the teeth!. There's gingivitis and your gums could recede from your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!.!.!.The fact that your gums bleed when you brush doesn't automatically mean that the teeth themselves are in bad shape!. Here's what you need to be concerned about!. If the gum bleeding is due to gum disease it can lead to gum bone destruction and if you loose enough bone the teeth lose their support and become loose!.!.!.I have created full dentures for people who ignored gum and bone loss issues to the extent that by the time they decided to deal with the issue it was to late and their teeth had to be extracted even though the teeth themselves were healthy!.!.!.It takes healthy gum tissue and health gum bone to support healthy teeth!.!.!.See your Dentist and get a complete dental exam and find out what your gum issue is and then treat it!. If your gums bleed when you brush, your mouth is not in a healthy state!. Having white teeth is nice, but having healthy gums is much more important!.
