I find it impossible to chew with my braces in!! Help!!??!

Question: I find it impossible to chew with my braces in!! Help!!!?!?

I got braces (bottom ones only) yesterday and i can't eat any solid foods because i can't chew!! The braces get in the and make it impossible to clamp my teeth together to chew!.!.

I just want to know is this normal and if so how long til i'll be able to eat normally again!?!?!?

yes it will take you a while to get used to them!.
start with liquids today (soups etc), progress to softer foods, then gradually get back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Totally normal!. It's like learning to eat with chopsticks!. You soon find where to put the food in your mouth and everything just slides in to place and you forget you even have braces!Www@Answer-Health@Com
