Not really!. They will leave your teeth blotchy more so then all white!. I would recommend a mouth piece with gel, usually obtained from a dentist!. Strips are cheap, but you don't really get anything out of them!. My advice - invest in a whitening tray from a dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
