I have done a tooth whitening (in-office one - EXPENSIVE), and honestly I WOULDN'T do it again!.
Since my teeth are sensitive, I was suffering 27 hours from a horrible pain!.
Right now I use Arm&Hammer baking soda toothpaste and I can honestly say I LOVE it!
My friends all complimented my teeth after just three weeks of using it and now they all use it as well!.
Also I've read somewhere that lemon juice has whitening effect, but you should avoid its contact with your gums!.

baking soda is great just sprinkle some on your toothbrush on top of toothpaste but only do it about twice a month otherwise it might take the enamel off your teeth!. It works well because it's slightly abrasive and drink water and use mouthwash and your teeth will be white and healthy, hope i helped:) Www@Answer-Health@Com
