Question: Whiten teeth with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide!?
I was just wondering does this method destroy the dirty coat or does it clean the dirty coat!?

Hello!.!.!.Ok, understand this!.!.Baking Soda is a cleaner and Hydrogen Peroxide in an antiseptic!.!.!.Also know this, if you can actually see a layer of debris on your teeth, your actually seeing "four" or more layers!.!.!.When tartar begins to build on your teeth the first two to three layers are "clear"!. it's only after you accumulate three layers is the material thick enough to gather and hold stains!. If you have your teeth professionally cleaned by a Hygienist and you practice proper tooth brushing methods and routines, it's very unlikely you will gather enough tartar on your teeth to collect stains!.!.!.If you see stains now, you do indeed need a professional dental exam and cleaning!. Peroxide is NOT a bad thing to use!. Your dentist in fact will tell you!. In fact all tooth whiteners are made with it!. You do however need to make sure you do not use it in excess as it will cause your teeth to turn blue and be able to be seen through!. baking soda is used as an abrasive that is all nothing more!. The peroxide is the cleaner!. Peroxide will also help if you have calculus on your teeth which comes from the build up of plaque and its hard, usually the dentist will use a scraper but this works too!. I have been using it for years (not continuously) and every time I go to the dentist he's always complimenting on how well maintained my teeth are!. They are not brittle,blue, or sensitive at all either!. So go ahead and use it but I recommend only using it until you get your desired shade then stop until stains return!. Put the peroxide on a toothbrush and brush your teeth then go about your normal routine!. Do this twice a day and you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the peroxide only conceals it, baking soda actually cleans it - get the arm and hammer brand tooth paste, if you brush twice daily - it will whiten your teeth in a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
