When I had my braces, they never hurt enough to have to miss a day of school!. Although if you think you will/are feeling pain, just take some Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen before school and you'll be alright!.

to tell you the truth i did when i got braces but looking back on it now, there was really no reason too!. i was just looking for a day off of school ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
No sweetie braces dont hurt that bad for some people they do but for most they dont but it your good at faking you can say you are haveing really bad head achs that will get you out of school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no no no just for lunch be prepared to eat something like soup or a smoothie or something because you wont be able to bite anything!.!. it will hurt to bite down!.!. just take some pain killers like advil or something!. Its not worth missing schoolWww@Answer-Health@Com
Well my only problem with braces was right after they tightened them!. I would have a really bad headache and wouldn't be able to chew without any pain for about 3 days!.

well i dont have braces but i know you wont go to school im most certain you will get out of school i heard it hurts getting braces!.!. thats why im scared to get them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
