yes ive had them before and ive had my teeth pulled out before!. i had to have 4 of my teeth pulled out! ouch but now im done with braces and i love my teeth now!. (except i think my teeth are too big, but i cant fix that) u should wear ur elastic bands as much as ur ortho told u too!. the more u wear it, the quicker it'll stop hurting because ur teeth will move to where its supposed to!. and yes it will hurt during the night too but when u fall asleep u wont feel anything!. hang on there, u'll have beautiful teeth soon and u wont have to be selfconscious anymore!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, I had to wear them a lot when I had braces!. The gaps will close up when the orthodontist decides to put chains on your teeth, the rubber bands will not close the gaps!. What the rubber bands do is shift the jaw alinement to fix the over bite, they do not shift the teeth!. They might make your jaw a bit sore for the first couple days, but it probably won't 'hurt', it will just be uncomfortable!. Don't worry, any discomfort you go through will be worth it in the end! You will have gorgeous teeth!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those gaps in your teeth are there (they pulled them out) so that you will have room for your top teeth to move back so that your overbite can be corrected!.
They will hurt the most when after youve had them off all day and you go to out them back on!. and then when you try to eat!. T doesnt last long and isnt that bad!. I would compare it to the feeling after you get them tightened monthly-maybe a little worse!.
But whatever you do do not wear them more or less than your orthodontist tells you!. it could really jack up your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
