Bleach is not to be used in your mouth, bleach is very caustic to the skin and membranes!. It will cause permanent damage to your mouth!. Baking soda is ok to use!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes those two ideas are likely to kill you and/or damage your teeth!. please invest some money on good whitening strips, whitening toothpaste, whitening mouthwash, whitening trays, or go to your dentist and get a professional grade whitening treatment
