You can have spacers for as little as 3 days!. I had mine for 6 days!. It all depends on how tight your teeth are and how fast they move!. But the space that is needed is very little so it happens real fast!. Spacers suck!. They make your teeth sore and very hard to eat!. You might want to stick to soft foods like pasta, mashed potatoes, yogurt, ice cream, pudding, etc!. Or suck it up and eat what ever you want like i did =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yep!. My friend had her spacers in for 3 weeks before braces!. I had my spacers in exactly 1 week before getting braces on!. A couple of them may fall out but that is normalWww@Answer-Health@Com
