I smoked a pack a day and drank 3 cups of coffee a day too!. I did the dentist bleeching system and yes it worked but it was costly!. 4 years later I bleeched my teeth at home for my wedding!. I used Crest whitening strips and they looked just as good!. I highly reccomend them!. Only draw back is that they made my gums and teeth senstive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
