You will not feel much pain as the dentist will numb the area and you can opt for even laughing gas (Concious Sedation)!. On the scale of 1-10 I would say it would be 4!. The real pain is after the extraction and not during the extraction!. The after pain comes when the numbness go away!.

i had all 4 taken out last week on the top and bottom!.!.the first day doesnt hurt that much because of the pain killers, but the next morning you will feel achy and will need painkillers!. On a scale of 1-10 the worst you will feel is a 4-5!. But this all depends on how well ur doctor does it!. You should be ok by the 3rd or 4th day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
