Sucking your thumb, and a bj are two different things!. Lol!. Generally at that age, sucking the thumbs wont cause much as alignment problems, lets say, as it would if your cousin were 2 years old!. It also depends on the frequency and severity of thumb sucking!. if your cousin is biting down on the thumb with a lot of pressure, over a period of time it may lead to misalignment of the teeth in the area of sucking!.
