Question: Do you wear permanent and removable retainers at the same time!?
i just got my braces off and they put on permanent retainers on the top and bottom of my teeth!. i have to go back next week for them to give me my clear removable retainers, but do i wear them and the permanent ones at the same time!? im sure they will tell my but im just curiousWww@Answer-Health@Com

they are PERMANENT retainers, how can you take them off to wear the wear the other ones!? Duh you have to wear them together! LOL!.!.!.!.i am actually doing that right now!.!. i got the permanent ones from the back and i am wearing the clear ones right now while its night time!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
