Question: Dentists (What do you use to cement a Porcelain bonded crown!?
Answers:
^ I'm surprised that's what your dentist uses!. Composite isn't as strong as other cementing materials!. We use Glass Ionomer (GI) Luting Cement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Porcelain bonded crowns are cemented using a material called composite!. The composite used to cement porcelain crowns is a thinned version of the same material used to place tooth colored fillings!. There are actually several layers of material used depending on what part of the tooth( enamel or dentin) that the crown is to adhere to!.
Composite materials can either be chemically cured( mixed together) or light cured ( set by shinning a bright light on them) Www@Answer-Health@Com
