The fastest way is going to a dentist and having the Zoom whitening done!. Pretty expensive though!. In my opinion, the best and more moderately priced is the custom whitening trays your dentist can make for you!. You will need to have an impression made and then a model is made of your teeth from those impressions!. The trays are thin and easy to wear!. This usually always works for patients and you can do it as long as you need to get the shade you're looking for!. Lastly, you can get the over-th-counter whitening strips that do work for some!. It depends on the thickness of your enamel and what type of stain you have!.
