Eventually become white again!. Friend smokes alot and teeth are really yellow!. Can he just use whitening strips get them white again!? Or what can he do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just recommended oil pulling in another thread!. (swish 1T of pure oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes once a day!.!.!. up to 3 times if you like!. Don't swallow it!) It works amazingly well!.!.!.!. He'll see results within a week if he uses the proper oil!. I use safflower oil!. I tried sesame oil but the flavor was wayyy too strong!. It's a really cheap alternative to whitening and is less damaging!. It also helps make skin perfect!
As a side note!.!.!.sure whitening strips would work!.!.!. but they're too expensive and you have to keep using them long term!.!.!. like next year do it again!.!.!. Idk I'm just not a fan of chemical or unnatural things!.

He can get them white again, first he has to stop smoking or at least cut down, try whitening toothpastes as well as strips and then get a dental cleaning with a brightening!.!.!. good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
