Question: How long did you have to wear your retainer!?

its been a while for me, and i think i can just wear it at night though!. but i dont want to try it yet!.!.!.

I know I had to wear it for several years after I had my braces removed!. I just eventually stopped wearing it b/c i was sick of it! I went from having to wear it all the time, to just wearing it at night, to just wearing it a few nights a week!. And that's about the time i pitched it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
