How can I get rid of braces stains?!
Question: How can I get rid of braces stains!?
I've had braces for 6 years on top
and 4 years on the bottom
and i have stains on the top and none on the bottom!.!.!.
but how do i get rid of those white stains from the braces!?
I heard things like use white strips, but i also heard that it just makes the stains whiter instead of balancing the colour to one!.!.

okay so i had stains from my braces too!.
I signed up for this free clinical trial thing were they basically burned them out!.
it worked out really well!
But also something that helped A LOT was this toothpaste called
MI paste!.
You brush regularly,
then you leave it on for a few mins afterwards!.
it also helps with sensitivity!.
Ask your dentist!

Oh my!! 6 years is a long time for braces!. I thought that since I have to have mine on for eighteen to twenty four months, it was like an eternity! Well, good luck, and I am sure you have very straight pretty teeth now!Www@Answer-Health@Com
the only answer is to whiten your teeth!. your teeth are exactly what you said - stained and it will be very difficult to fix that since you had braces for 6 years!. whitening is theo nly answer for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had that prob!. I used crest whitening strips (but if you could get your teeth bleached that would help in one swoop-I couldn't bc I didn't have the $) And stay away from black drinks, like coffee and coke!.!.!.Just for a little bitWww@Answer-Health@Com
teeth whitning strips!.!.!.brush really well!. get a toothpaste with whitening in it!.!.
