Is there anything else i can do?????!

Question: Is there anything else i can do!?!?!?!?!?
i brush my teeth 2 times a day morning and night, i rinse and everything, i don't drink, soft drink or eat lollies very much and if i do drink soft drink its through a straw, but i still seem to get cavities all the time and sometimes they hurt, the dentist is so expensive and he told me basically to brush my teeth, that's what i already do, could i just have teeth that aren't very strong and are prone to cavities!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
ok if you think your diet is fine , then maybe you need to focus on your brushing technique, make sure you brush evry surface of each tooth, perhaps invest in a electric toothbrush , they really do a great job , , also floss every day,
dont snack inbetween meals, as this gives your teeth another blast of sugar for the bacteria to feed on and make holes
perhaps there is something in your diet which is giving you a problem , do you have a drink by your bedside, make sure that its plain water only, always brush your teeth just before you go to bedWww@Answer-Health@Com

FYI,
people in the decades past didn't have many cavities!.
why!?
they didn't have as much liquid sugar and corrosive acid, phosphoric acid found in soft drinks, as today!. Thus their level of cavities was less!.
So what can you do!?
Drastically decrease your intake of soda with its sweet acid content!.
