Question: Wisdom tooth removal question!?
Is it bad to have one removed if you have a cold sore, and does it sometimes (the pain afterwards) a couple of days later cause a sore throat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dunno bout the cold sore!. Your surgeon will make that call!.
The sore throat is only at the beginning when its a bit dry because your gums so num its hard to swallow!.
I hardly had any pain it was great!.

I don't know about the cold sore part other than the dentist may have you wait until after the sore goes away to prevent infection in your mouth where the wisdom tooth is to extracted!. There will be some pain after the tooth has been pulled and it will last for a couple of days!. The dentist will prescribe a pain killer that will keep the edge off!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
