I'm using AquaFresh White trays so far big difference and it's only day 2 of 7!. The negatives is keeping it in your mouth for 30-45 mins and it makes you have a lot of saliva and my gums are a little sore but I heard that's normal with teeth whitener besides that already see a big difference!.
