Question: How to deal with the rubber band in my braces!?
i just got the rubber band like 2 days ago n im not really sure how to deal with them, like how wide can i open my mouth without it snapping, n how long do i hav to wear them for, n how long til my teethes get used to it!. i already noe im suppose to change it 3 times a day but i was wondering do i HAVE to change it 3 time a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes you do have to change them because the rubber stretches out and doesnt work after a while!. What they are doing is moving your bite!.!.!.!. so the more you wear them the sooner the braces come off!. just find out yourself how comfortable you can be with opening your mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
