YOU BETTER START CHEWING ALL THE FAVORITE GUM YOU WANT AND FAVORITE HARD FOODS AND CHEWIE STUFF!!!!!! cuz when you first get your braces!. IT HURTS!. when i got mine for the first time, it hurts and annoying and i couldnt even bite into a friggin piece of bread and i couldn't even chew a friggin piece of chicken!. so eat all your favorite foods and hard foods and chewie stuff or gum all you want before you get them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it depends on how much pain you had when you first had them put on!. I had no pain when they were put on and none when they were taken off, and the first thing i ate within an hour of getting them removed was a cheesesteak! So it depends on your tolerance level for pain!. You should be ok though!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
