My Grandma swears by baking soda!. In fact it is all she has ever used to clean her teeth and she still has all of them! Not to mention that they are still white!.
Using baking soda you will notice a difference right away, and in a week or so you will notice even more of a difference!. I would say its best to use baking soda once a day and brush regularly with tooth paste as well!. There are many other products available for whitening out there, but they can be expensive!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i have toothpaste that has baking soda in it
and it doesn't really whiten your teeth but i have braces on so it keeps them clean
that's why i have it
but if you want them whitening get it done by your dentist or try a home whitening kit

no I haven't tried it, and maybe it would be better to get the toothpaste with baking soda in it (arm & hammer makes one) because that is gonna make your toothpaste taste quite foul!Www@Answer-Health@Com
