I think I broke my retainer?!
Question: I think I broke my retainer!?
I have a plastic retainer (almost like a mouth gaurd) and it covers all of my teeth!. it's one unit and it's fine except for the last tooth, the part that is supposed to cover it is breaking off from the rest of the mouth piece!. what should i do!? i can still use it fine but if it breaks off entirely i won't be able to!. it's an expensive device, so i dont what to have to replace it either!. any thoughts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah I had braces to I think you just bent it that spot to much on accident , so all you have to do is be careful when you take it off and putting it on !. So you won't have to buy a new one !. They are very expensive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Call your orthodontist!. If you haven't had the retainer very long, they will still have the molds they made it from!. I did the same thing and they were able to replace mine for about $40!.00 instead of the original $300!.00 cost!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
