Hi!
Well about 3 weeks ago I went to the dentist and she said I grind my teeth!.So I went and bought a mouth piece at Wal Mart and after the first night my teeth are really sore ( Not to the point it's like I want to kill myself no) but my gums and bottom teeth and at night when I put it in hurts! Can you please tell me something or help me figure out why my teeth hurt!

I don't have one but with most mouth pieces you have to boil it in water first then take it out of the boiling water when it's flexible (but not too flexible that it will break) then put it in your mouth while it's still hot (it won't be that hot in your mouth) so that it gets the molding of your teeth into it so that every night it will fit your teeth!. I had to do that for a mouth guard!. Hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
