Your friend should call his dentist to get the fit of denture checked and have it relined if necessary!. First time denture wearers face drooling as one of the problems!. If your friend already produced excess saliva (epiglotitis) or due to any other medical conditions, he could have gone in for implant dentures instead of conventional full dentures, unless cost was the prohibiting factor!. It depends!.!.!.is he drooling from the corners of his mouth!? If this is the case, he may need a new set of dentures done!. This problem occurs when the vertical dimension is not sufficient!. This will cause constant moisture on the corner of the lips!.
